Free bulky waste collections for Southend residents in bid to stop fly-tipping
Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is to launch a free bulky waste collection service for residents in a bid to crack down on fly-tipping.
The service will be available to all households in the borough and will allow residents to dispose of up to three bulky items per collection.
